week one of the end of year holidays, summed up in a few photos.

monday:

jcube for lunch, dad took leave for the day. I didn't actually ice skate though I'd like to try one day.

visited the airport at night (as per my request to travel to the other end of singapore) to send my grandma off, she left for Korea with some of her friends.

I love going to the airport, I wish I lived nearer to the place. But maybe if I did, it'll take all the novelty and excitement I get from travelling to the other end of Singapore out of it.

tuesday:

walking around with reenah for the whole afternoon window shopping :-)

also, queued for krispy kreme with her (even though I didn't get any because fattening HAHA). They look really good. But they're overpriced anyway, sigh.

splurge dinner of the week: marche's with these two cuties :'-)

the lighting there was p bad, unfortunately.

this was heavenly, my favourite part of the meal - strawberry crumble cake. 

amazing, I want to have it again. 

i love supermarkets. this one had a whole shelf filled with cereals.

wednesday:

catch up lunch with the P6 homies, talking about old times over lunch & ice cream, them making fun of me as usual sigh, but I wouldn't have them any other way. Thank you guys for 6 years of friendship, for sticking it through together for so long, here's to many more years together to come.

thursday:

Lunch @ hot tomato with jaz & ramz before watching catching fire with ejaz :-)))) ***CATCHING FIRE*** was amazing you all should go watch it i mean iogjaoishgoas lived up to my expectations. It was incredibly intense, though. 

friday:

went crazy with bodi & loke HAHA. Had an early lunch @ subway @ alocassia (it's rly quiet there, actually, *new study spot*) before heading for ice cream @ island @ serene center

It started with a tub of cookies & cream ice cream. And then we ordered a banana split. And then a mudpie, ice cream OVERDOSE but it was a gr8 afternoon of talking and inhaling ice cream, glad for friends like them (the old and the new) :-)

procrastination

it just hit me that it's already thursday and I have been procrastinating all week. HAHA sigh. At least I'm done with the camp shirt design, I have to come up with the points system + logs list for games 

I've been meaning to start practicing on my guitar again, but I've procrastinated on that too. 

And there are more photos I've yet to have uploaded from my phone. Procrastinated on that as well.

Main reason for my procrastination: 

I've been watching four to five episodes per day recently, which adds up to about three to four hours of watching pretty little liars. A day. 

Sigh but it's so goooood. 

for our last gm of the year: exco bought us shunfu muffins :'-) they were so good but they were HUGE and um fattening as far as all muffins go so I ate the top and gave ian the rest HAHA.

thus begins the proper organisation of my photos (because I have a new mac air heehee - technically, it's my dad's underused old one since he got himself a new laptop - but I am happy and blessed nonetheless, no more laggy laptop !!!!)

these are the photos I took today of our home improvement project. 3 consecutive days of CIP - definitely meaningful, but also exhausting. Went around trying to get some artistic shots today because I was tired haha sigh.

I have never painted walls before - this is a novel experience. :-)

thank you guys for the good three days :') It's been a crazy time of painting, packing food, making a mess in the progress - and cleaning said mess up. Wouldn't have been as fun without y'all, blessed with amazing, selfless and entertaining batchies :-)

And on Monday, our PW cycle finally finally came to an end. Praise the Lord :')

fave groupmates in the world posing with our gpf in the LT that we tried to break into once but we couldn't find the light switch so after hunting around for like half an hour we finally gave up HAHAHA. We are such losers, but I wouldn't have them any other way :') Thank you guys so much "We will never rehearse OP together ever again." Here's to As (for Amanda) next year

Hardly feel like attending school because I just fall asleep in everything. Plus, there are only like two lectures a day. Sigh.

when oceans rise

wonderful week with wonderful company so far (well there's only friday left)- but the dates are getting to me, they're flying right in my face, a third of november's nearly gone and there are so many things to be done, so much more to come as well. I'm not complaining though, it's all very exciting.

what a tiring few days it has been. Enjoyable, but tiring. Spending more time out than I am at home, I think that's a large reason why I'm so tired haha (I am 16 years, 11 months and 5 days, growing old) 

best present on saturday from hammy :') It's so gorgeous I can't bear to write anything in it before thinking it through because the outside is so pretty I don't want to make the inside ugly HAHA but yeah thank you hammy I love u fureva you ma one and only prince :') 

this girl goes back to cheltz (she is playing badminton now and therefore cannot hold a conversation with me on whatsapp lol) Glad you came back, even though it was only for two weeks, see you really soon (it's like you never left la alamak) 

<I made breakfast on Sunday, for ma whole family yes that's right> - egg yolk omelette, banana pancakes topped with banana puree & raisins, and stewed apples at the side ;;;---))) domestic goddess LEVEL UP jk I can only flip pancakes can I please perfect the art of flipping pancakes and flip pancakes for a living. Sounds lovely. 

Recce trip to the GB campsite with the camp comm :-) did some rly hilarious filming for pubs videos (ryanny's a na-tu-ral at acting and filming "i'm changing the lightbulb" + ran through games ideas with them HAHA. this is by far my favourite campsite (it's our third year having it here, out of all the five church camps I've been to) 

So so stoked for camp - for a crazy time of games (i promise you all it'll be gr8 HAHA we're working on it) and most most most importantly, the time with God that I really need.

Impromptu lunch with si viggy & cassia on monday - the fried mars balls we had after feat. viggy's model cup-holding hand + si's op surfer berms uhm.

+ shopping for food and for clothes too, ali joined us after lunch

november

2 months of 2013 left, where has the year gone?

gr8 start to november though :-) ran 6k in the morning with si and ben (from school, to bishan park, around bishan park, and back to school) in preparation for /kiseki/

In which I died. The buffet killed me, I haven't touched food since we left kiseki (apart from a slice of watermelon for dinner). We actually spent a whole of 4 hours in Kiseki, which is crazy. I ate for half an hour (starting with dessert because tofu cheesecake), after which I was full beyond belief. Fang and I were the first ones to buckle, which was crazy because fang shovels so much food into his mouth in school HAHA. Really admire how the rest could eat for hours.

It was a good experience though, first time at a buffet with friends :-) lovely food (for the first part of it, after a while I got sick at the sight of food) and lovelier company :')

(on hindsight, i really didn't eat much - by buffet standards, anyway. Sigh, not cut out for buffets, I really am not.)

Walked around after the buffet, HMV & Popular before heading to H&M to help pick out some clothes for simon. We went straight for the men's section, HAHA.

ben and si in beanies - si's face in this cracks us up.

he says the tribal print shirt i picked out was nice yes i have good taste thank you very much.

this was our very successful attempt at an artistic shot "hold your clothes up i want to take an artistic photo" "my hand has to be in the corner for it to be artistic"

and then chilling at costa coffee when everyone else left, except for us *pw group solidarity*

It was hilarious - spent a good hour talking, mostly about relationships and growing up etc. always love talking to them, we are master procrastinators and this is what we do instead of work all the time.
